There can be some noise of traffic, although we are classed as rural so it's not too much. We have horses in the fields to the front of the property. The access gate for the horses is 100 metres away from the house and just in front of our access gate located at the bottom of a long driveway and next to the rail trail. The horse owners must access through this gate 2 times a day to feed and check on their horses. They do not come up to the property at all and do not use your driveway.
