"Everything was amazing! Cabin is perfect!, and equipped with everything you might need. Beds were comfortable, cleanliness was top notch, & communication was perfection with the host Brendan! Small glitch with the hot water but he had it up & running within 30 minutes. He had our families names at the lake so we were able to enjoy being at the lake! Got rained out one day so we enjoyed a day in watching movies and playing board games. Loved that the Little Cabin is pet friendly so we got to bring our Daisy girl on her 1st trip & she loved it! We enjoyed a night out on the town with music in the park, & some really good BBQ & Ice Cream from the Twain Harte BBQ & Creamery! Also got to enjoy the firepit out back for ‘s’mores. We had spent a week prior camping in Pinecrest, so it was nice to have time to spend celebrating my kids birthdays and our anniversary in your beautiful cabin. I grew up enjoying my summers in Twain Harte, so was super excited to be able to share that experience with my family. My daughter is turning 20 and hadn’t been here since she was 3. Lots of laughs, & good times making memories! Thank you for all the perfect little touches throughout the cabin! We will definitely be returning!"

"Pet friendly is an understatement, dog toys, bowls, leashes, in case you forget anything!! The bed was so comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Quiet neighborhood towards the end of a cul-de-sac. Super close to everything. Kitchen had everything you’d need and a comfortable family room for hanging out or watching tv. Super easy communication and check in, I highly recommend this cabin. Jenn is a great host!!"

"Wonderful Twain Harte Stay – We’ll Be Back!We’ve been coming to Twain Harte almost every summer for nearly 20 years, and we absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything our little family needed for a great few days away.The location is perfect, especially if you plan to spend time at the lake. Having access to the private lake was very important to us, and being just a short hop away made it incredibly convenient. Getting lake access was easy, we were on the list and ready to go when we arrived.We also really enjoyed the deck and used the BBQ every night of our stay. Having central A/C was a huge plus during the summer!The unexpected highlight was the arcade game console and pinball machine. My son and I had a blast with both, and I even found myself playing video games I hadn’t played since the ’80s. Such a fun addition to the cabin!The property contact was friendly and responsive, and everything about our stay was easy and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Twain Harte. Five stars!"

"The beautiful view of sunset was not over sold. Well insulated from traffic noise. After a few glitches getting in the owners were very helpful & responsive. Well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the back. Consider if you have trouble with stairs because after unloading the car there is a flight of stairs going down to get in the house. Had a very relaxing time!"

"Wonderful property for big groups. Listing, for some reason, says 0 bedrooms. Here's the breakdown as best I remember. First house has two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, one bedroom has queen bed, other has two twin beds. Upstairs there is a bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds in a converted walk in closet. Beyond this, the couch in the living room pulls out for another bed space.Second house has bedroom downstairs with double bed, single bed, and trundle bed , there is also a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedrooms both have queen beds. There is also a pull out couch in the living room.Glamping tent has two beds, perhaps two doubles or queen and double.We had 19 that stayed at the houses. We were a teensy bit crowded, but made it work. Kitchens are both very well stocked with good pots, pans, dishes, and most anything needed. Because I've often found rental kitchens lacking, I bring some things from home, but really did not need to this time. One house has a wonderful big patio we used for eating. Also decks to use.Private lake is 10 per person per day. Price was off-putting for us at first, but WELL WORTH IT! Great place to hang out. Plus owner has a kayak and paddle board for use at the lake. We had a 12 year old who spent hours paddling all around the lake.Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I've stayed at many rentals, this one is a keeper."

"This property has way more than I expected. The kitchen was fully supplied with not only any cooking utensil you would need it also came with all the extra seasonings, spices, and even things like pancake syrup. The only very slight compliment, if you want to call it that, was the air conditioning was just a portable model. This probably would have been ok except this was a very hot week. It did take awhile to cool the cabin. But once it did it was fine. I would go there again anytime and plan to again in the future."
