"Wonderful property for big groups. Listing, for some reason, says 0 bedrooms. Here's the breakdown as best I remember. First house has two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, one bedroom has queen bed, other has two twin beds. Upstairs there is a bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds in a converted walk in closet. Beyond this, the couch in the living room pulls out for another bed space.Second house has bedroom downstairs with double bed, single bed, and trundle bed , there is also a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedrooms both have queen beds. There is also a pull out couch in the living room.Glamping tent has two beds, perhaps two doubles or queen and double.We had 19 that stayed at the houses. We were a teensy bit crowded, but made it work. Kitchens are both very well stocked with good pots, pans, dishes, and most anything needed. Because I've often found rental kitchens lacking, I bring some things from home, but really did not need to this time. One house has a wonderful big patio we used for eating. Also decks to use.Private lake is 10 per person per day. Price was off-putting for us at first, but WELL WORTH IT! Great place to hang out. Plus owner has a kayak and paddle board for use at the lake. We had a 12 year old who spent hours paddling all around the lake.Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I've stayed at many rentals, this one is a keeper."

"The home was lovely, clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our time there. We didn't use the downstairs apartment as it was hot and there was no air conditioning. The only thing that I would caution any future renters is to know that there are lower stairs from the driveway up to the deck stairs, and the lower stairs have no railing. One member of our party has mobility issues and the stairs without railing were extremely difficult. Other than that, it was a great place to stay."

"This property has way more than I expected. The kitchen was fully supplied with not only any cooking utensil you would need it also came with all the extra seasonings, spices, and even things like pancake syrup. The only very slight compliment, if you want to call it that, was the air conditioning was just a portable model. This probably would have been ok except this was a very hot week. It did take awhile to cool the cabin. But once it did it was fine. I would go there again anytime and plan to again in the future."

"We had a couple of issues during our stay at the property. The main issue was the A/C didn't work so the average temperature in the home was 84 degrees and was uncomfortable to sleep at night. We weren't in the cabin much during the day so it wasn't a major issue. Another issue we had was access down to the lake. If you go out the downstairs bedroom door and try to get down to Mono Drive and Twain Harte Lake the only stair are the neighbors to the right. Needless to say they are not very friendly and were constantly commenting on how they did not want us using their stairs. So, the only other alternative is walking down Twain Harte Drive, which is dangerous and a lot further. You could also drive to the other side of the lake to access the beach, but that takes a long time and the parking is bad.Other than those two issues it wasn't a bad place to stay."
