"I stayed here before on my own and wanted to do it again with the whole family but this second experience was awful. We paid a lot for a so-called 'luxurious executive suite' that didn't turn out to have any luxury apart from spacious rooms. General cleanliness of rooms and floors was an issue. But it got worse when a manager decided to have an argument with us over an old bed sheet with washable marker stains made by the kids (which got out after we dipped the sheet in plain water!). "Stayed in February 25 from UK. Location is excellent, staff very helpful and great. I wouldn't return however, because the decor is outdated, tiles marked, walls needs painting and fixtures and fittings needs updating! "

"The company falsely advertised the Loxwood hotel on the website. The hotel that was advertise is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel and it's called The Gallery. I can't imagine how many other guests who thought that they were paying for the Loxwood and ended up paying for a different hotel called The Gallery. Accra Luxury Apartments at Loxwood

10/10 Excellent

"My hosts were professional, friendly, and eager to please. My one bedroom unit was bright, tidy, and expertly decorated/appointed. The washer/dryer was a wonderful addition to my stay as this allowed me to pack fewer clothes for the duration of my month long trip. The fitness center was expertly equipped and the rooftop pool, refreshing and picturesque. Finally, I found myself within walking distance of a well stocked grocery store and plenty of street-side and restaurant dining choices. I will definitely seek to stay at this property again given the chance."
