The lobby of the hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms weren’t so clean, had a stale smell. I found leftover French fries on the floor and the counter had crumbs. I called the front desk and they were very accommodating and moved us to a new room. That was better. Maybe it was just a coincidence?? Breakfast was good.

Room was clean. I was told at reservation my check-in time was 2pm....when I got there they told me it was 3 even other people was checking in at 12....1....2.....and was told they had staggered check-in. I told them I was a member and they looked and they explained, I was only a bronze member that doesn't carry any extra amenities unless i was gold, I would have to stay more and I had to wait until my turn to check in.....very rude, makes me wonder why this hotel treats bronze members like they are nobody or not important.

Our stay was great. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. It was located close to shopping and restaurants. Check in/out was fast and easy. Breakfast was better than most. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the beds was so old my husband woke up with severe back pain. It felt like an old box spring mattress. We had 2 rooms with our college age son and the other bed was pretty comfortable. We paid $400 per night per room due to the price gouging all hotels do on busy weekends here. We expected a comfortable bed at the very least.
