The staff was phenomenal. Miss Barbara went above and beyond to help us into the room. Love her!!!! She treated us like family! The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and hospitable.

When I arrived at midnight my room had a leak and there was water all over the floor. The night agent was nice but unable to provide me with another room and was unable to refund my money. She told me they would not let her process refunds. I had to find new accommodations at 12:30 AM and drive back the next morning to have my refund processed.

My stay was excellent and the staff was fantastic as always. The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. I wish I could give this place 10 Stars. I will stay in this Motel every time I need a place to stay in Tuscaloosa. I just can't say enough about how great it was and how great the staff was.

Our room was so humid. I stayed there for graduation from graduate school and went with my hair poofy from moisture and makeup messed up from never cooling off after my shower. We found food crumbs on the floor. There were bugs in the sink, the shower was stained and dirty, and a hole had been plastered in the bathroom. The plaster smelled horrendous. It made the entire bathroom smell. I was afraid it would make my cap and gown smell the same. The sheets didn’t seem very clean. I had my husband go buy me a pillowcase to sleep on. The one positive is the staff at check in/check out were very pleasant.
