About this property
Romantic restored mill house with pool in private gardens. Free Wi-Fi. Parking.
- A beautifully restored villa set in its own private grounds in the stunning Cortijo Grande valley. It enjoys a private pool and courtyard set in an acre of wonderful tropical/desert gardens. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a further shower room/WC in the pool area. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with a large L shaped living area. An archway leads to the separate dining room with spectacular views of the valley with the Sierra Nevada in the distance. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in the main en-suite bedroom. All rooms have separate ceiling fans. The kitchen has a gas hob and an electric cooker with a separate microwave unit. There is a BBQ unit in the courtyard and we plan to install another BBQ unit in the "top" terrace - an area that enjoys wonderful evening sunset views. There is very adequate car parking. 3 bars/ restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute walk-- or stagger!! The villa has free WI-Fi. The nearest shopping is in Turre- about 5 minutes drive away with 4 blueflag beaches and many shops/restaurants a further 5 Km away in Mojacar playa.
