This snug apartment in Garrucha (Almería) is one step away from the promenade, the commercial area, bars and restaurants. It features comfortable bedrooms and a balcony for relaxing. There is a garden where you can enjoy the Spanish summer sun. The home's proximity to the sea beach makes it an ideal vacation stay for friends and family.

You can visit Vera and Mojácar by car. It is also close to the natural park of Cabo de Gata (Playa de los Muertos, Los Genoveses, San José, Mónsul. The apartment is only 300m from the marina and 400m from the best beach in Garrucha. Everything is located at a close distance from the property so that you can reach groceries, food, promenade, beach on foot.

In the living room, there is also a small balcony from which you can see a piece of water and the sea. Guests must comply with the rules of the community of owners and not disturb the neighbors with noise. It is still unclear whether the pool is available or not due to COVID restrictions.

Beach towels are not included
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
