I had a great stay. The staff were very helpful with all my questions, getting a taxi and so on. Excellent little bistro and lovely breakfast. I’d definitely stay there again.
I've stayed in different spots around the centro, but this was the first time staying in it. I would stay here again if I needed to be right in the heart of the city again. Very convenient. The staff is fantastic!
The stadium were helpful and polite, the room was cleaned daily and everything worked as expected. The only issue I had was the in room tablet for contacting the front desk occasionally had loud notifications that I had to mute.
dead centre of Turin, hugely convenient. Large hotel, with many staff. Room was fine, if on the small side, with elegant bathroom. highly efficient hotel, with helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We Recommend this hotel
Hotel has a very good location. It is convenient to access train station, attractions and many good restaurants. The room is very clean and nice but a little bit small.
Lovely hotel great location. Bar staff were excellent. We did not get breakfast so unsure of the quality.
Interestingly, it's VIP access but the only perk offered was free parking and we had no car.
Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. For a five star hotel, in the middle of a very hot summer, this seemed a very petty decision.
