A cosy 80-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the raised ground floor of a historic building.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and a balcony.

The apartment is located in the Borgo Po area, in a very central location yet in a quiet and elegant setting. It’s an excellent starting point for exploring Turin, just a stone’s throw from Valentino Park, La Gran Madre, and Villa della Regina.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils), dining table, double sofa bed, 42-inch TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, a children’s bed with four rails, a closet, and a desk;

- BATHROOM with a shower, washer-dryer, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning (split system in the living room), two fans, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the building.

Inside the apartment, there are two rooms that are NOT accessible to guests.

Hot water is provided by a water heater; you may need to wait for it to reheat.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the tourist tax via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Turin Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
