Our bright apartment, decorated in soothing white tones, combines modern comfort and maritime charm to offer you an elegant and relaxing setting, ideal for a stay with your feet in the water in La Marsa.

It opens onto a large terrace on the seafront, equipped with an outdoor dining area with barbecue, perfect for sharing a meal or enjoying a moment of relaxation with a direct and breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.

- The apartment has a bright double bedroom, as well as a spacious suite with private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and elegant finishes.

- Two functional bathrooms, one of which is private in the master suite, ensure optimal comfort during your stay.

The entrance is private, guaranteeing a stay in complete autonomy and tranquility.
Note, however, that the building has narrow stairs.

HOUSE RULES:
- A supplement of 30€ will be required if you leave the apartment after the authorised time.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee will be required.
- An additional key is available for an additional fee of €10.A deposit will be required for this key.
- In case of loss of key, a replacement fee can range from €40 to €80 depending on the type of key lost.
- Doors and windows must be locked before your departure, and the key must be returned to the key box.
- Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed.
- We ask that you respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
- Parties and events are strictly forbidden in order to guarantee peace and respect for the area.
