Firstly, location is great. Medina is just few minutes location and you can also visit center of Tunis town by walk. There are many shops and restaurants. Also, very friendly staffs help guests with smiles. English communication is no problem with them. But you should go to hotel in narrow street, night time looks like not safe. Day time, many shop on the narrow street and you can not take taxi. The shop owners oqqupied half of the street. My room was warm and the bed was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The hot water took a few minutes to come on but was ok. My toilet seat was broken and had come off the hinges. The breakfast is basic - some bread, jam, a boiled egg, a yoghurt and small brownie (with a tea of coffee) but it's enough. Unfortunately when I checked in no-one told me that there is a curfew at midnight and you are locked out. I came back from a bar at 1am and then found myself locked out, and no-one answering the emergency WhatsApp number. Thankfully my friend was able to call the number (I had wifi but no phone credit) and wake someone up to let me in. It wasn't his fault, no-one told me about it when I checked in.
