I reserved room with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed they give us 1 double bed and sofa and refused to change my request to change as I paid higher for that room Very noisy

Travaux everywhere; dinner is not buffet, breakfast buffet is poor; drinking water is surcharge; water slides is open only July and August. Avoid this hotel!!!

Property was under repairs/construction but it was still very comfortable to stay at. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

This hotel has a program at night that starts at 9 or 10 in the evening and does not stop until 4 in the MORNING! It is extremely loud music and we and many of the other guests just could not sleep at night. We complained several times but Management did not care at all. Also, when the cleaning ladies are mopping in the reception or anywhere, there are no "wet floor" signs. I slipped twice and almost fell. I have hip replacement so I did not feel safe. Also the beach is filthy. Broken glass everywhere and trash. The pool tiles were coming off in many places and there were a couple of times the water was green because there was no pool maintenance. It seems that the Manager only cares about this night life program because he never talked to any of the guests and had no intention of changing this. I went there to rest and relax and could not at all. Expedia needs to put in the description of this hotel about the music because if I had know this, I would never have booked at this hotel.

I was there for one night . The property was under construction. Darks everywhere. Wifi is not working . Tv is not working properly. Shower in bed condition. Bed cover aged of 60 years. Mattress is very hard

Very bad , I am a regular customer with you but it shame for you to put hotel like this one in you website!!!! I rent 2 room for two nights each , one room I stay only one day and left the second night The other room we didn’t take at all

The doors are not safe to leave any valuable stuff inside, but you can leave them at the reception. You can park the vehicle behind the locked gate. Friendly staff but the place wasn't too clean. I did not expect miracles for the price.

Refurbishment
The hotel is in the middle of a major refurbishment and the builders are everywhere. To their credit the hotel accommodation block where clients stay was clean and tidy. The hotel did say that they informed booking agents of this, however, this seems to have by-passed Hotels.com!

The hotel currently has significant building works in progress. It should be closed during this time, in my opinion. The room had no hot water, making for very uncomfortable showers. I booked for two nights, but left after only one nights stay, as I couldn't bear the thought of enduring another night.

Not clean at all. Very poor WiFi connection. They changed rooms three times to find a room with decent WiFi and a decent TV but didn’t have a clear view. I don’t mind old hotels but if old and very poor maintenance and dead ants in washrooms in all rooms visited then something is wrong with the management and cleanliness level. I cancelled my reservation after first night and went to a much better hotel at comparable rates
