Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a king bed on second floor. We were there to see Nate Smith at Cain's Ballroom and just walked the 3 blocks to the show. Plenty of eating places on Main St or just off. We ate at the Chowhouse and it was very good and reasonably priced with great atmosphere! Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage. Waffle makers, oatmeal with every kind of topping you could want. Bagels, cereal, juice, coffee etc. Hotel is very secure with needing key card to come in. One thing is a bit strange you enter into the parking garage to get in the hotel and reservation desk is on the 2nd floor. Parking is 18 dollars but these days I am about convenience and it is within walking distance to BOK and Cain's Ballroom and downtown. We will definitely stay there again for our next concert!" Great location right next to the BOK and within walking distance of the Arvest Convention Center. Very convenient that they have a parking garage you can park in, and I didn't have to worry about my vehicle. The only negative was the selection of drinks and snacks available at their snack area by the front desk. They only had one ice cream bar and it was definitely freezer-burnt and they were out of a lot of things. Not a deal breaker, but it was definitely irritating. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!"
