Awesome hotel, just noisy bed.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, and the sheets/blanket/pillow cases were super noisy, so every tiny move made a big noise in the room while the little kids were sleeping. Other than that tiny annoyance, this hotel was super nice, and we'll probably stay here again even with this minor issue.

The hot tub was not working and the "in store" market they offer instead of vending machines was high priced, but other than that our stay was wonderful.

The only negative thing about our stay was the rock hard mattress. The bed was also very noisy so any movement made was accompanied by a loud squawk.

Great place to stay

We stay in a hotel every year for Thanksgiving so we can visit family in the Tulsa area. This year we chose Hilton Garden Inn. They didn't have the suite we booked available, but they went above and beyond to give us two adjoining rooms and comped the second room. Amazing! I wish the breakfast was included in the rate, but we felt it was pretty reasonably priced anyway. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were that the beds were a little firm for me and the pool had so much chlorine in it that our family lasted about ten minutes in the water. Overall we had a great stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice staff, could have been better/worse

Pros: Lobby was beautiful, I felt safe
Cons: Housekeeping should clean the common areas early and the guest rooms a little later.
Location: Bar and dining on site but also several dining and bar options within walking distance.
I always Love Hilton Garden Inn! The lobby in this one was one of the nicest I have seen. The staff was very nice. It was sadly disappointing that the whirlpool was broken for our stay. While the rooms were very clean, like "very" clean and the beds were "really" comfortable, I still did not Love my stay but I probably would stay here again. Housekeeping opted to vacuum the hallways at 8 am on a "Sunday!" (btw: the elevators could have used it) There is a real noise issue in this hotel, every noise from above and every noise in the hall was very clear. Overall, this was my first visit to Tulsa, so I have nothing to compare it to. In the end, I felt safe and I felt cared for, so that counts for a lot.
