  • Dwell Well is ideally located for quick access to the best of Midtown Tulsa, including Brookside, Cherry Street, Expo, and the Gathering Place. This 500 sq. ft. daylight basement studio features a private exterior entry and is accessed through a separate door. The unit includes dedicated guest parking in the driveway and a fenced-in private patio, offering a peaceful retreat away from the main house. Please note, as this studio is located beneath a family home, some noise from above may be heard.

    We are a dog-friendly home! We allow one dog per stay with a $100 pet fee (plus tax), which covers deep cleaning and ozone treatments to ensure the home remains allergen-free for future guests.
