No place to eat. Restaurants - None

Pros: Really?
Cons: Staff training would be a good start.
Location: Not very impressive. Several motels in the area. No place to eat. Raining and storming and did not want to drive to find a place to eat.
Checked in at 8:00 PM. The desk clerk swiped my credit card twice as I checked in. I wondered about that. Checking with the morning desk clerk the next morning, the motel had charged my credit card for my room. I had already paid Expedia. Morning desk clerk did not know how to take charges off my credit card. She finally had to call a manager to talk her through the process. Nightmare experience.

Completely satisfied with small exceptions... toilet too low for elderly, and sinks too high for average height people.

Do not stay at this hotel!

Pros: The hotel staff!!
Cons: They need an overall. It is a old hotel.
Location: There are a lot restaurants nearby...Cracker Barrel, Pizza Hut, Jimmy Eggs, Walmart...
The hotel is in the older section of Tulsa near Interstate 44. There are a lot of hotels near and around it. It is very centrally located for the work that I needed to do. However, the room was not cleaned. The sheets were never changed the whole week I stayed there.The shower plate was loose in my room. The halls were dirty. The conference that we rented smelled of mildew when you opened the door. They didn't remove the garage from the baskets from Tuesday to Thursday. I had to ask for toilet paper for the near bathrooms. It was cleaned out on the last day that I used it and there were no extra toilet paper in the room. The floor entry of the hotel was dirty. The cereal that I chose for breakfast was old. The raisins in the cereal were rock hard. The hotel staff were very polite and very helpful. That is the saving grace for this hotel.

Clean bed fresh sheets

Pros: Staff, location
Cons: Lighting in suites
Location: Close to everywhere including Universities and the Historic Greenwood Village
The kind size bed was extra big, the sheets were fresh, white and fluffy . Saw one tiny baby spider on shower wall and killed it. The kitchen in the suite was nice, plenty counter space etc. The bathroom was very roomy , lots of counter space etc. The furniture in the suite was a little worn and homey. The lighting was somewhat spooky at night. I actually had a healer clear the space for me it was weird at night maybe because I was alone but I think the room just held alot of stagnant energy. The staff was super nice, breakfast was always there no problems and plenty healthy choices for breakfast plus extra muffins, cookies , coffee and tea. Pool area was closed for the season but looked nice. I could see my parked car from my balconey. Good rate overall a decent place well located , friendly staff

Sheets had bad stains

The sheets were stained & there were no protectant covers between the sheets and mattress, It was disgusting. You spend a lot of money for a hotel to just get this?

Nice hotel

TV not working

We could not get the local tv channels and after asking the front desk to come and fix it-we never heard from them!
