Urban Motel & Roadhouse

Posted 02-Feb-2016
Rowdy crowd and night shift staff loud and noisy. Hotel has serious plumbing problems. Staff tried to fog me over about the REAL problem. Staff rather immature and lacked basic customer service.

Easy access to the locations I needed to be.

Posted 23-Jan-2016
Pros: Location and the staff.
Staff was very professional. I had to take my son to Tulsa for a surgery. From check in to checkout over all great place to stay. The morning of surgery as we was leaving for the hospital I asked the front desk if they could make sure clean sheets was on my sons bed and it was done. Asked for spoons and bowls because my son could only eat soup after surgery and the staff got me everything I needed.

The hotel was just ok. Bathroom could've been in better condition. It was clean and fine for a one night stay.

Convenient Hotel but a little run down

Posted 02-Dec-2015
Cons: Needs an immediate upgrade
Location: Conveniently located
Country Inn & Suites is our favourite chain. However this particular Hotel hasn't been kept up like it should.

Sister weekend away

Posted 10-Nov-2015 on Orbitz
The only negative inside the room was a hanging outlet strip full of cords when I had to move the coffeemaker down in front of the microwave to reach it. The outside negative was much worse. Our room was near the back entrance, but we had to park in front at night due to the drug dealing going on in the back parking lot. No police presence the whole weekend. Walking so far was difficult due to my disability.

Stay in Tulsa

Posted 04-Nov-2015
This was my 3rd time staying at this particular hotel. First time was good, second time had teenagers yelling at the pool until midnight and running down the halls, and third time the internet was out for entire trip. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff have all been good and helpful. If going back to Tulsa, I would still stay at this hotel.

Cleaning people need to do a better job

Posted 03-Nov-2015
My children found full beer cans under the bed from previous guests. Staff response was flippant , apparently they didn't think it really mattered.

They don't honor room types booked on travel sites

Posted 26-Oct-2015 on Hotels
The hotel was full. As we were walking up to the door a mother was telling her kids to get their things as they were not staying as they could not get the room they had booked. The room I booked, and paid extra for, was not available when we arrived. They tried to put my grown son and I in a room with only one king size bed. I told them that would not work. They told me they didn't have anything else available. I told them I booked a room with 2 beds and balcony through hotels.com, and my confirmation shows this. She said they were not able to honor bed types that were on travel sites. One of them miraculously "remembered" a cancellation, which had two beds. The room did not have a balcony and I wanted to know how they were going to take care of the additional cost I had been charged for the room I booked. They said I would have to contact hotels.com. I took the room, not very happily, because I knew that I had to, due to ComicCon as well as a sports tournament going on in town, and there would be few hotels, if any, that were available. The room was meh. There was a large dead bug in the bathroom and the room smelled like smoke. There were no washcloths. Very few electrical plugs and zero ports. The free "high speed" wifi was a joke. The breakfast, while probably decent, was almost empty at 820 am. The kitchen hostesses were very rude and slow getting anything out. I probably won't stay again.
