The fenced pool makes it a haven for your pets, so feel free to bring them along for the adventure. The Property: Situated on a sprawling 19.59-acre estate, this home includes 3.25 acres of private land within a quiet subdivision. Tucked far behind the main house and accessed via a long driveway off the main road, it offers exceptional privacy and tranquility. You’re welcome to explore the surrounding forest trails and immerse yourself in nature. The closest neighbor is 800 feet away. Hunting is possible for an additional fee. There are 2 deer stands on the property. Scenic hiking trails lead to nearby waterfalls, while the cities of Tullahoma and Manchester come alive at night with vibrant music events and local entertainment Villa accessible with keypad code and with 40 a 40-foot-long pool, 8 feet deep with diving board, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer facility, full kitchen with all amenities. Hunting on the property is permitted only with prior approval from the owner. Two deer stands are available for use.
