Wonderful weekend

We were in town for the Grand Opening of the Company Distilling location in Lynchburg. The home was a lovely retreat each evening after the retail craziness. We especially loved walking to lake and sitting on the patio. Well recommended.

Great Weekend at the lake

Our group had a great stay at this home. It was incredibly well stocked with kitchen essentials, and toiletries in the bathrooms. It is a short walk down to a dock at the lake and connected to a Mariana. There was plenty of room for several families to spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was spotless and the bed comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after busy days at The Jack Daniel's World Championship Invitational Barbecue.

Peaceful getaway.

This home provided a comfortable and quiet setting for our family getaway. Our family of nine found the house well stocked with many necessities. Our family especially enjoyed the coffee bar provided.

Awesome Stay!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our visit to Tim Fords Lake. Great location close to a marina. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and organized. My favorite was the screened in porch with the cozy fireplace for morning coffee.

Wonderful house close to the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tullahoma and felt very safe in the neighborhood! The lake is super close by with a great restaurant called the Bluegill Grill. If you get out on a boat, make sure you find the cave and swim in it! The house is clean, comfortable beds, nice screened in outdoor area to enjoy your breakfast and coffee. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Fantastic property

This house is incredible! If you forgot anything you may need, it’s likely available in the house for you to use. The owner is very pleasant to work with and a prompt communicator. The neighborhood is very close to the water and marina. Best place to stay with a family!

Relaxing stay

Everything was as described except the available sleeping units. Great place if people just need a bed but we had two families with some who like to sleep in late and others who like to rise early with caused issues with noise in the kitchen for those who utilized the pullou sofa downstairs and the dining room floor with an air mattress. It will comfortably sleep six in bedroom and another four on pullouts if those are the early risers.

Beautiful property! This house had everything we needed. New construction and super clean. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The furnishings were attractive and made for a great home feeling. And I’ll say it again….. it was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you!!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I just wrapped a 4-day stay at this house. As others have said, it is extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. In my opinion, the house is even more beautiful and welcoming in person. It’s also conveniently located right across from the foot/golf cart path leading down to the lake. Pre-arrival communication with Vance was thorough and easy, and the check-out process is minimal and straightforward. 5/5 all around!

Great space and included comforts

House has a great layout and screened porch is a bonus. There were lots of little things included in stay that I didn’t expect! Would have been all 5 stars but there was a check-in and cleaning snafu (cleaning compant was out quickly and handled things expertly). Owner was very responsive. I would recommend a golf cart if using marina across the street.

Amazing host

The property was very clean. The house was well stocked. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, but they had extra of anything you could’ve forgotten there. Vance, the house owner, was quick to respond with any concerns or questions. Our kids loved the upstairs, and the games we got play they had on hand to share with us.

Christmas 2023

Every year my husband and I go to Tennessee to spend a few days with our oldest and his family for Christmas. This year has by far been the best Christmas stay we’ve had. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We hosted a family dinner with more extended family and everyone was able to be comfortable in the space. We absolutely loved this home and pray it’s available when we plan our 2024 stay at Christmas!

Relaxing Time

The property is beautiful and so many things are provided. I loved that k-cups are provided and plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location is close enough to get groceries in Tullahoma and it was easy to go explore Tim's Ford State Park, The Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, and Jack Daniel's Distillery. The weather was beautiful the whole week and we were able to sit out on the back patio and enjoy the fireplace! Vance was extremely helpful when we were checking in and prompt with all our needs and concerns. Please dont miss the opportunity to stay in the lovely place.

4th of July Holiday

My family, includes one teenager, one 9 year old and three small dogs, were staying here from 7/3-7/7 for the 4th of July holiday. I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for our family, even had a small basket of snacks in case we hadn’t been to the store already. The house itself was laid out great, the kids each had their own room upstairs and the landing area upstairs was their own private living room. Downstairs, the main living area, kitchen and dining room all opened up to each other and was very spacious. Both the dining room and living room opened up to the screened in porch. The master suite was also well laid out with a comfortable king size bed and enough storgae for all our things. The kitchen had every piece of cookware we needed, and my wife loves to cook, so that’s saying something. The coffee bar was nice and even came with little single serve creamer flavors. That was a big win for the teenager. The property is right above the Holiday Landing Marina/Blue Gill Grill with a private walking/golf cart path to the marina. We brought our own golf cart, and it was very convenient for us as we also keep our boat at Holiday Landing Marina. The neighborhood is super friendly with lots of neighbors out walking their dogs, playing Cornhole, driving their golf carts and just generally friendly. Lastly, my communication with Vance was great. An amazing property and experience.
