"I booked this hotel after reading multiple reviews that at times were conflicting but made the right decision after all. This is literally a hidden gem. You can't imagine how nice is the hotel from the outside. But the property is modern, elephant, well appointed and I just found me another option in CDMX. Ended up staying in two different rooms because the Superior King was great but I felt a tad constricted and I moved to the King Deluxe.And I even had a city view balcony. My check in was a rough start due to being very slow and only one person at the reception. But when I requested a new room the next day they were efficient and accommodating. The bathrooms are spacious and beautiful. And this is the first hotel I have in the city that has a mini fridge. They have a floor A/C unit that works perfectly. I messaged the hotel after booking due to conflicting comments from guests. I just want to say that any person looking at this place right now must listen to my review and go ahead with the booking. Someone wrote a terrible review 6 months ago about bed bugs and it gave me pause but I took the chance and the rooms were meticulously clean. One point of importance is that the street is a daily life MX street with hardware stores, dry cleaners and it's not a touristy street. But there are many great places for food and several good hotels also. It is just four blocks from Avenida Juárez and once there you have the centro histórico at your feet."

"Find the office of the hotel at the airport to let them know that you've arrived so they can transport you. The transportation leaves every 30 minutes. The restaurant in the hotel was expensive but the food was very good. If you don't want to venture out into the city and have a nice late dinner it is highly recommendable."

"All the hotel Staff, from the cleaning crew to the restaurant staff, they have been excellent throughout our entire stay. Hospitality at its finest. location is so close to a lot of historical attractions and FOOOOOOOOOOOD. We are so grateful to be apart of the LGBT parade and World Cup Fan Fest, it was amazing experience and the hotel is right in the middle of it. We are coming back......sooooon!"
