The room was clean and spacious. Was not there for breakfast but staff had given me a bit to eat when I arrived late that evening. Shuttle was was there within a few minutes of my call. The only thing I did not like about the property was the pool itself and the entourage. Felt like you were in an unclean cement pond. Staff were very nice.

I am a Hilton Honors member and the lady at the front desk didn’t give me the snacks like she did to the gentleman in front of me. The shower was great. Clean, very high pressure.

Nice place to stay. Shuttle service... 24/7 Bagle bar for breakfast. Room had plenty of space - living area and sleeping area.... bathroom was nice and clean. Not a luxury hotel.... but you are not paying luxury prices either. No coffee pot in room... but plenty of coffee in the loby. Right across the street from the parking lot I like to use when I fly...

Got in late, the hotel is clean and welcoming. They gave me 207 which is right next to the elevator. I heard every time it went up and down, I heard the floor ding sound all night long. Your doors are also not soft closing, they slam shut every time! Silence elevator ding, change the doors so they are soft closings. That’s not all, at 745 the fire alarm went off for about 5 minutes, found out it was because a guest burnt their toast downstairs in the lobby during breakfast. Can’t stay here again.

Arrived very late (well after midnight) due to flight delays. The shuttle was prompt and friendly, Desk staff made sure I had everything I needed. I’ll go back next time I fly in or out of Tucson.
