A great spot 4 BR & 4 Baths
The house is spacious with the pool and beautiful back deck. Everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom and we had a great time.

Terrific Stay
This is a beautiful house. Patio is huge and allowed us to spend time outdoors. It is surrounded by plants and wildlife. Access to Speedway makes getting to other places easy. Try Saguaro Corners restaurant nearby. Property manager was very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Wonderful House
Our family stayed for a week and the house was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. One of the highlights was the large covered patio. A very peaceful place

Wedding celebration
The house is spectacular and was very convenient to the wedding venue. Everything we needed in the kitchen and the patio was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

Graduation Weekend in Tucson
Great house for a family staying in Tucson for Univ of Arizona graduation. Elton met us upon arrival and provided a great overview of the property and area. A little farther from campus than what we thought we wanted (25 minutes) but turned out to be great. Plenty of room for family of six to spread out and nearby hiking trails, restaurants and grocery shopping. House is well secured with electric gate, and was stocked with everything you would need for a weekend in the desert!

Everything you want and more
We stayed at this beautiful property to attend a wedding 10 minutes away at Saguaro Buttes. The house was perfectly located to this venue. We loved being outside the city a bit and thoroughly enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the patio while staring at the mountains / scenery. The house had everything we could have needed and more. We appreciated the abundance of towels, pillows, linens, sunscreen, and kitchen supplies. The patio, foosball table, pool, and hot tub were by far our most favorite parts of this house. The pictures don't do it justice! If you are considering staying in this area, don't look any further and book this property.

2nd amazing stay
This was our second time staying here and it was great. Huge pool nice house, great views. Love the location, Elton the manager is really nice. It’s really nice at night with all the stars out. Can’t recommend enough, and after visiting Tucson for 8 years this is the best rental we have found.

Excellent house with lots of room for everyone.
10 friends on a golf holiday. Courses were close and beautiful and affordable. The house was clean and spacious and very enjoyable. It does sleep 10 however the pull out couch was not the most comfortable.

Family gathering
We planned a week getaway for three kids, all Over 60, two spouses, and us. Certainly picked the right spot. Enjoyed Tombstone, Air Museum, Saguaro National Park, and botanical gardens. The home was perfect for the family. We were greeted by Elsa in a very comfortable manner. Our communication with Elton was top notch. Highly recommend this property.

Better than Best!
This home was amazing!!! Six of us (all friends for years) get together every few years. We rent a home so we can spend more time together just to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This home was perfect. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms. There were several sitting areas. The patio was enormous and great for playing card games (we got very good at Zuni during this trip)! The house was so clean, as well as beautifully and tastefully decorated, They thought of every possible comfort when they stocked the house. The property manager met us at the home upon arrival. He showed us all around the house explaining as we went. We had a question during our stay, and he got right back to us. The six of us have all wonderful things to say about our stay. Outstanding!!!

Gorgeous house, great views, great managers
We stayed for a week with three kids and had the time of our lives the pool was amazing we couldn’t get the kids out of it, the views were astounding, the desert at night was completely gorgeous. The property is as described. The home has everything one would need for a great stay. The property manager, Elton, was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback is how far away from downtown it is but if most of your activities will be on the eastside this is an awesome property.

Fantastic Stay at a Fabulous House
The house is wonderful, clean, perfectly furnished, and so well-equipped with everything you'll ever need. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for large family or groups to spread out or be together and not feel crowded. We love the location in a quiet neighborhood so close to Saguaro National Park. And Elton, the property manager was great! He took the time to welcome us in-person and walk-through/show us the house. He was very friendly and shared helpful tips to make our stay great. We will definitely rent this house again in the future. Thanks Mary and Elton!

Fun in the Sun
This property was everything I hoped it would be. The house was spacious, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Even my very fussy wife was completely satisfied. While we were there, a hot tub was installed and we could not get my 5 year old grandson out of it. The property managers, Mary and Elton, were easy to work with, helpful and completely fair. Even though the price of propane had gone up dramatically, they honored the daily price to heat the pool that we had agreed to nearly a year ago. We would surely stay here again.

Loved it
Loved it, very relaxing house with plenty of room to spread out in. Wonderful places to watch the sunset (one early bird actually watched the sunrise and sunset every day!) Relax by the pool in the afternoon and fire pit in the evening. The house was very well equipped and organized which also helped to make this a very low stress event for us.

It was a beautiful property and home! Perfect for a family gathering for a wedding.
We loved everything about the home, but were especially impressed with the back area entertaining area and pool! Very clean and well kept and the sunsets and sunrises over the mountains were fantastic! Elton was of great help! We would definitely return if ever in the Tucson area again!!!

Fabulous. Would definitely stay again.
We had a fabulous stay here. Elton met us at the house and showed us around. This was the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a French Press for our coffee, good knives and skillets, and plenty of dish towels and even aprons. We ate all meals on the wonderful patio, watched the sunrise and the sunset from the patio each day, greatly enjoyed the hummingbirds, and relaxed in the pool every afternoon. The property was very private but not too far from anywhere we needed to go. We definitely hope to return one day soon!

So glad we stayed here
We were in Tucson to move our son into his freshman year at Univ of AZ and very much enjoyed our stay at the property. It was our first time in Tucson and we received a warm welcome from Elton, the property manager. He was great to work with when there were a few issues at the house. And when our return flight home was cancelled at the last minute and we couldn’t rebook until the following day, he and Mary were true life savers and let us spend another night at the house. We so appreciate everything Elton, Elsa and Mary did to accommodate us during our stay and the extra night at the house. Thank you for making our trip to Tucson even more special.

Amazing Property!
The house is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The rooms and pool were bigger than they looked in the pictures and the patio alone is worth the rental. Everything was so clean and the property manager couldn’t have been more welcoming. We were all hoping to have a reason to come back to Tucson so that we could stay at Rancho Venado again.

Amazing house, Fantastic location!
This house exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 8 adults (4 couples) staying at the house, and every room had a huge attached bathroom. Everything was so well stocked, we didn't need to purchase anything! The house is located right next to some great hiking trails, we ate dinner outside every night, enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We didn't want to leave! Don't hesitate to book this house, you wont regret it!

Relaxing spot
This house has it all! Plenty of space, a pool, great patio and views! Lots of privacy too! We appreciate the nice touches like first aid kits under the sinks, the extra toothbrushes, they have thought of everything! The pool is gated which made me feel safer with the kids. I wish I could spend a month there. It was a fantastic family trip for everyone ages 3-71!

Great house for large group.
Our group was 4 couples and the house was perfect. Each couple had their own bathroom with shower and each had their own bedroom. We were here for our annual golf outing and had a great time. Mary was very quick to answer any question before we arrived and Elton met us when we arrived and was there for anything we needed. There is no doubt we will be back. Plenty of room inside and outside for kids.

Great house
We had a fantastic stay in this house. Lots of space and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable! The only downsides were someone had to meet us to check in- felt like we had to rush to the house after waiting an hour to get our rental car and this house is fairly remote- a 25 minute drive to campus and 30 to downtown. Overall a great stay.

Saguaro sunsets!
The property was beautiful as were the views. The home was spacious and well equipped. The back patio was beautiful and we had a nice evening around the gas fireplace and playing football.. It was too cool to use the pool but it looked inviting. Plenty big enough to accommodate a big family. The property manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. It was close to saguaro national park so horseback riding and hiking and enjoying sunsets made this vacation complete.

Wonderful Home for Family Thanksgiving Gathering
This is a gorgeous home perched on a hill with wonderful views of the mountains and desert. Certainly one of the best VRBO homes we have stayed in. Home is well designed and furnished for a group with several "gathering" spots. There is a great outdoor patio room that is spacious with plenty of seating and a foosball table that has views of the mountains and the beautiful pool. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking utensil needed for our Thanksgiving feast. During the day we enjoyed bike rides and hikes in Saguaro National Park as there are many trails nearby. We saw coyote and Antelope Jackrabbits in the desert. This is truly a lovely place managed by lovely people who have done an extraordinary job of equipping the home to be comfortable for groups and families. Thank you for sharing with us, we hope to return soon!

It is a great place. Large, clean, well equiped with a beautiful view. Each of the four bedrooms is good sized with a courtyard and private full bath. The only thing close to a drawback is it is a bit remote from restaurants and some attractions since it is on the east side of Tucson, but on the other hand it is extremely close to Mt. Lemon and Saguaro National Park East. It is also very quiet. We used it for an annual family gathering and everyone wants to return next year.

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. It was a perfect home to host out of town relatives. The house was clean, well-stocked and spacious. Everyone loved the private en suite bathrooms. I would highly recommend this home!

Spacious Vacation Home
This is a very large home with a great porch with views, fire pit, BBQ, etc and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The home is large and has a unique but very functional layout. All the bedrooms have private baths. The interior is a bit dated but in a way is true to the original design. The pool is fairly large and great for the family. The host, Elton, helped us with everything we needed. You are somewhat far from downtown but close to great hiking. Groceries, etc are only a few minutes away. A great house for a large group getaway.

Fabulous House
Great space for an extended family to gather and we adjusted our itinerary to spend more time at the house rather than touring Tucson. Loved preparing meals together and taking advantage of perhaps the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen (particularly appreciated the basic supplies in the pantry.) Eating outside was a delight and playing games inside after dinner was fun family time. Wished we'd stayed longer!

House was Amazing!!!
We loved the house, and it had everything you could think of in terms of amenities. The property and views were incredible. We loved the open floor plan and amazing fireplace. The property manager (Elton) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The temperature was a bit cool so we did not enjoy the patio and pool as much as we would have liked... we hope to be back again soon.

We loved this place!!
This home was fully equipped with everything! It was all in very good condition, very clean and homey. The property manager, Elton, was very hospitable and available anytime we called him. He made very good restaurant recommendations and enjoyed his company as well. If we ever go to Tucson area, I would love staying there again!

The house was perfect for four couples. It is very large, clean, and well-stocked.
Unfortunately, our group was not able to take advantage of the beautiful backyard and pool area because the weather did not cooperate. Other than that, the house was an excellent choice for us because it is very large and comfortable. The only negatives are that you have to take out all the trash, wash and put away all dirty dishes, and throw all used bathroom towels in the laundry room. I have never been in a rental house where I had to do chores before leaving. For the price of the rental ($700+ per night), I would hope these chores would be handled by the cleaning crew. The property manager, Elton Kodama, was more than helpful upon our arrival. Very easy folks to work with. Highly recommed this property if you do not mind cleaning up before departing. G. Fiene

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Rancho Venado and felt bad that the weather did not live up to typical Arizona weather. It was totally unexpected and unusual. As far as the expectations go for departing Rancho Venado, we apologize if there was a misunderstanding. We do ask our guests to leave the beds that were slept in unmade so we know which beds to change and to put used towels in the laundry room for the same reason, so that we know which ones are dirty. We don't, however, require all the trash to be taken out or dishes to be done. We realize our guests are on vacation and not expecting to do a cleanup before leaving. We loved the house and enjoyed our stay.
Provided us with everything that we needed including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. Kitchen supplies were absolutely excellent. The welcoming bowl of fruit, chips and salsa was so nice. Bottles of water were plentiful. We can’t say enough good things about it.
