Carpets were filthy and the sliding patio doors had no screens on them so you couldn't open the doors to let fresh air in otherwise bugs would come into apartment. Deck/patio area was also in need of a good cleaning as there was construction outside on the street which has likely been going on for sometime. Very noisy unit both during the day and at night; because there is no air conditioning you needed to crack patio sliding doors to...
