"The property met our expectations for a little post-Christmas family time. The view out to the water was great. The house had everything we needed and was a relatively reasonable distance drive to nearby attractions. We didn't make use of the kayaks or the docks to access the water since it was cold and snowy, but that would be an excellent amenity in the warmer months."

"Clean and comfortable. Beautifully tucked away in wooded area with easy access to anything you needed. Stayed 2 days for fishing trip, no problem parking 2 larger vehicles. Excellent trip will definitely look into staying for next trip. "

I love how peaceful the area is, the only thing between the cottage and the ocean is a field of Queen Anne’s lace! Matunuck is a special place and we are grateful to get to stay in this cottage and make the best family memories. It is clean, more than enough room for my extended family to sleep, laundry and a full kitchen and a grill. We can’t wait to come back next year! "
