A dining table for six flows into the comfortable living room, where a wraparound sectional faces a smart TV and a cozy wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. Sliding doors open to a private balcony with a table and seating for four. The lower covered deck, just off the primary bedroom, offers a cozy bistro-style table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee among peaceful, tree-lined views



Located in the desirable Northstar area, you’ll have easy access to year-round outdoor recreation—from skiing and snowboarding in winter to hiking, biking, and lake days in summer. Historic downtown Truckee is just a short drive away, offering charming shops and local dining, while nearby Lake Tahoe invites you to enjoy beaches and boating. Whether you're planning an active mountain escape or a laid-back retreat, The Golden Bend places you in the heart of it all.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a twin size rollaway bed in the laundry room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Guests of The Golden Bend enjoy access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) Recreation Center, offering a variety of year-round and seasonal amenities to enhance your stay. Amenity access cards will be provided and can be found near the front door. Please note, that NPOA charges a $10 per person, per day guest fee (ages 5 and up), which is paid directly to the Recreation Center upon arrival.



The recreation center is open year-round, with winter hours typically from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and includes a heated lap pool, fitness center, sauna, spa and hot tubs, game room, and comfortable lounge areas. During the warmer months—from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting—guests can also enjoy the main pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, bocce ball, and a playground, with hours generally from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.



Getting around Northstar is easy with the complimentary shuttle service, offering convenient pick-up and drop-off throughout the resort. Shuttle availability varies by season and demand, and guests can arrange rides by calling the number provided in unit or by using the Northstar Village Transit app for real-time service.
