Overnight stop
Great stay, just overnight en route travelling back to the uk. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Only criticism is it was so hot!! No air conditioning so had windows open. I think air con is definitely needed these days!!

Great place to stop overnight. Clean and safe, very functional, does exactly what it says on the tin. Town centre is easily in walking distance. For the price we paid a definite great find. If I may pick faults, the towels are a bit flimsy a rough, but since we only stayed for one night that was not really an issue.

Great location, walking distance to the main centre. Easy to find and a good size room with a kitchen. Easy check-in for us and also there is a free parking right next to the hotel. Dog friendly also

We arrived just before the reception shut. Our room hadn't been cleaned, but the guy found us another straight away. Very roomy and well equipped. Walking distance of the town center, but 1 minutes walk to a fabulous Italian restaurant next to the Miriam hotel

Shower didn't function properly - usual problem that occurs in many place of the shower head not being fixable, so it kept falling down. Secondly poor ventilation given the heat. They should put fans in. Otherwise clean and well located.

Nice overnight stay not too far off the autoroute
Easy to find, great location near the old town (and restaurants), 15km off the autoroute. Was worried about arriving after check out closed, but clear instructions given. Nice spacious, clean appartment, ideal for my daughter and myself for one night.

Too hot and no air con. Would not use in Summer.
Extremely hot. Room was on the side of the hotel that had the sun during the afternoon/evening and was well over 30 degrees. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and no breeze that evening. Leaving the windows open meant we could hear all the lads riding their scooters or racing cars up and down the road outside until the early hours of the morning and then again from about 6. So we didn't manage to get much sleep. TV and Wifi were good, but no BBC News channel.

The facilities are as described. There is no air conditioning which in August is a bit of a struggle. It isn't awful though. The toilet roll holder in my room was a little too close to the shower which left it at risk of being soaked. The location is a little walk from all the interesting parts of Troyes, but there are better located hotels. This is more of a short term apartment rather than a hotel.

A good one night stay!
Didn't go perfect at the beginning (they lost our reservation), but went well overall. Staff was very welcoming and corrected the mistake quickly -and din't charge us for parking! Walking distance anywhere you wanna be in Troyes. Clean, simple room with everything you need. Great for the price!

A hard night's sleep
The hardness of the pillow prevented me from getting more that 3 hours sleep. I've never experienced this before in many hotel visits over the years. I will not be staying in one of these again, which is a pity because most of the other categories were above average.

Very close to Troyes centre and able to park free of charge. Very little provided if you want to prepare your own meals. Wifi ok but not great.

VERY basic unit
Superior Studio very basic. Large bathroom. Large shower with curtain. Privacy screens. Double bed (56" wide). Very firm mattress. TV has no English channels. Provided with letter and number code to access main door on arrival as no staff on weekends. Unable to determine how to enter the number - fortunately another resident came by and we were then able to obtain our studio keys without issue.

The rooms are nice and light, with microwave and cooking utensils, and sink unit. The only thing I disliked was the pillows, which were very bulky and hard. otherwise good value for money. If a handy spot for the old part of town as well, which is well worth a visit!

The good and the irritating
The hotel is very convenient for the centre of Troyes. It was nice to have a large clean modern room with some kitchen facilities. However, there were some annoying points. It was imposible to shower without flooding the floor and having to mop the space. The shower nozzle would not stay upright and we had to use it as a hand shower. The room was exremely hot and although the windows opened it was impossible to cool the room. Lastly comfortable bed but hard small pillows. After moaning so much because of the price and position we would in cooler weather use this hotel again. PS no kettle

A one night stay, very central for town and free parking. Room was clean and spacious but no air con on one of the hottest days, solved by keeping the window wide open at night. Well equipped for own catering but no kettle for tea. Little snack bar in block was handy for prepared food although we did not use and went to one of the many restaurants inthe old part of the lovely town. Would recommend and stay again.

Polite and efficient welcome from reception, comfortable and spacious room. Well located for the price - just an easy 10min walk from the town centre. Take your own food to cook in the well-equipped kitchen or buy breakfast or have an orange juice, coffee and croissant in the cafe up the road for 5euros.

What was expected
It was what we expected, a self-catering apartment. Hotels rooms are pretty much like that anyway. We had lots of space to spread out, fridge, cooking hob with sink and draining board. We didnt get food or drink but that's the deal. Staff very friendly and helpful. But office not staffed outside their office hours.

I booked to stay here on a Saturday night. Booking confirmation mentioned that the reception wasn't open at the weekend and that I would receive a code for the door. This arrived a couple of weeks before I was due to stay and they also text me the code the day before. Using the code, managed to get into the hotel and my room fine. Found it to be very clean and had everything I needed. It's just a 10 minute walk from the center of this lovely little town, so ideally located too. No complaints at all.
