"100/100 's We booked this place for a last minute overnight trip we planned. It was great! The host is awesome. Communication was top notch! The tiny house was perfect for what we needed. The washer/dryer combo was great as well. Location was perfect for us and out of the city, which is what we wanted. Thank you for a great stay! Looking forward to our next trip. Highly recommend this one!"

"The property was amazing, and the cabin was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I wish more people could see this slice of what Florida really offers. We will return, for sure. This was a gift for our grandchildren, and they absolutely loved it all, especially the fishing and kayaking. The location was super convenient for taking them on the Ichetucknee River tube run--a must-do while that close. We appreciated having wood for the fire and the kids made s'mores on our last night. It is remote, so we cooked all our meals while we were there, but found what we needed to fix all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. As a coffee drinker, I brought my own Keurig cups but I thought it was super nice to have a great assortment for guests. There are so many "little" things that make this a great location."

"Clean and lovely home on the Itchetucknee. We’ve stayed at several houses along here and the Santa Fe and this one is the nicest we’ve been in. The living space with the vaulted ceiling is really nice and quite rare compared to most of the other homes we’ve stayed in and seen available. Michelle was very quick with communication as well."
