"Veldig flott hotell, med en strålende beliggenhet. Det pågikk noe arbeid i nabolaget, så det var en del anleggstrafikk forbi sitteplassene ute. Flere alternative sitteplasser på andre restauranter ved verftsområdet. Ingen sjenanse/støy på hotellrom, Flott utsikt fra 8. etasje. Frokosten var veldig bra. Vil absolutt anbefale hotellet til de som ønsker det lille ekstra. "

"The property itself was in a nice area, next to the Tromso bridge, just minutes walking distance to the shopping street. A spacious apartment with a good kitchen, living room. I can see the Artic Cathedral in the view. There were some email instructions and link to get to the apartment- the link brought me to the Storgata near Macdonalds though. I don’t understand the map given at all (no context and iconic buildings in map for a visitor to know) After asking 2,3 people where it might be, I finally found the place. Thankfully it was a delight! "

Floor-to-ceiling windows lined most of the level, offering guests stunning views of the surrounding mountains and water. Whoever came up with this design was a genius. The Moxy staff undoubtedly had one of the best workplaces on the island. Speaking of staff, I found them all to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for our four-night stay. Breakfast had everything we needed for a pleasant start to the day. There were abundant parking spaces available, but a word of caution for those with rental cars: the company managing the parking lot bills the rental car company, and they add their administrative markup fees to the final bill when you return the rental. To avoid all the ridiculous fees, we ended up parking in a small, unmarked gravel parking lot across the street from the hotel. We didn’t see any signs prohibiting the use of the lot. During our two-week trip we stayed in seven hotels. Moxy is tied for first with the hotel in Tallinn, Estonia. "

"Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!"
