### Villa 'Sirius' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Villa "Sirius" in Costa Paradiso offers guests stunning sea views. Spread over two floors, the property features a sea-view living room, relaxation room with sofa bed, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and more. Additional amenities are Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and washing machine. There is a dedicated workspace for home office or relaxation, as well as a spa bathroom area with multi-person chromatic shower. A cot and high chair are also available.  
  
The private outdoor area includes an unheated hot tub (2 m x 2 m x 1.5 m, up to five people), indoor hot tub, garden, open terrace with solarium and outdoor shower, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and mobile outdoor shower. Shops, restaurants, and bars are just minutes away. We recommend the natural pools of Li Baietti and Li Cossi beach.  
  
Parking is available both outdoors and in the garage, also suitable for motorcycles and bicycles; street parking is free where permitted. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available and smoking is not permitted inside.  
  
Beach/pool towels and bath towels are available for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included; special requests regarding type or quantity of linen must be paid on site. The property follows waste separation guidelines and uses energy-saving lighting. Please note that pool preparation cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than two weeks in advance.

#### huis ligt prachtig tegen de rotsen, met uitzicht op zee.

Pros: Iedere avond een prachtige zonsondergang vanaf het balkon te aanschouwen Cons: We misten een lekkere lounge set op het balkon, waarin je relaxed kan zitten lezen, luieren of gewoon genieten!! Het huis heeft wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lekkende badkraan en lekkend bad, kapotte sloten en lampjes. De jacuzzi had vieze vette randen.

#### Haus in schöner Lage, Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen. Bilder entsprechen Echtheit! Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, sowie Restaurants und Bar. Für uns das Highlight waren die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge welche wir von unserer der Terrasse aus genießen konnten. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Sirius verbracht.
