Villa 'Sirius' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Costa Paradiso, villa "Sirius" offers guests a fantastic sea view. The property has 2 floors with living room with sea view, relaxation room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, to accommodate up to 8 guests.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other appliances, including a microwave, completes the property. Additional amenities included in the price include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and separately a dedicated home office workspace, a TV, a fan, heating and a washing machine. In addition, there is a SPA bath area with a multi-person chromatic shower for your relaxation. A crib and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area includes an unheated hot tub (2m x 2m x 1.5m mini-pool, ideal for 4-5 people), a hot tub in the indoor bathroom, a garden, an open terrace used as a solarium with an outdoor shower, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue and outdoor mobile shower. The property is minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Recommended beaches are the natural pools of Li Baietti, La Sorgente, and Li Cossi. One parking space is available inside the property and one in a garage suitable for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles; street parking is free yes. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available and smoking is not allowed inside the property. Beach/pool towels and bath towels are provided for a fee. This property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste; more information is available on site. This property has energy-saving lighting.

huis ligt prachtig tegen de rotsen, met uitzicht op zee.

Pros: Iedere avond een prachtige zonsondergang vanaf het balkon te aanschouwen Cons: We misten een lekkere lounge set op het balkon, waarin je relaxed kan zitten lezen, luieren of gewoon genieten!! Het huis heeft wel wat achterstallig onderhoud. Lekkende badkraan en lekkend bad, kapotte sloten en lampjes. De jacuzzi had vieze vette randen.

Haus in schöner Lage, Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen. Bilder entsprechen Echtheit! Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden, sowie Restaurants und Bar. Für uns das Highlight waren die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge welche wir von unserer der Terrasse aus genießen konnten. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Sirius verbracht.
