The villa is located fifty meters from the sea, at the end of the garden a small gate opens onto a path immersed in the Mediterranean scrub that winds along the sea for kilometers, perfect both for short walks and real hours of trekking. We are pleased to welcome you to the property: The Holm oak is the star of the panoramic terrace and creates a unique atmosphere, which is why we decided to keep it there! It has its place with an opening in the terrace roof where it gets light and can continue to grow. It will keep you company during your breakfasts or outdoor meals. The villa is surrounded by a private and fenced garden. The luxuriant, typical Mediterranean vegetation offers you shade, scents and a wonderful setting for the turquoise and emerald shades of the sea. The view opens from the red rocks of the coast to the white cliffs of Bonifacio. You can't miss the sunset! The sun sets right in front of the house and every evening the show is guaranteed. From all the rooms, even when lying down on the bed, you can admire the sky getting colored as the sun sinks behind the horizon of the sea. And the night remains magical! In the midst of nature, where light pollution does not exist, get ready for the wonder of the stars. Thanks to the huge windows, you just have to lie down and look out. Right in front of the house, the red rock cliff creates suggestive natural pools where you can swim, while Li Cossi beach, one of the ten most famous beaches in Sardinia, is just a few kilometers away by trekking; Tinnari, a heart-shaped beach set into the cliff; Porto Leccio, a bay sheltered from the mistral; La Cruzitta, a deep inlet. The panorama is one of a kind, privacy and tranquility guaranteed! Air conditioning in all environments. Surface area: about 75 m2 for the house and 300 m2 of garden, terraces and solarium. (fenced property) Free allocated parking (for 1 car) 2 double bedrooms both with sea view. 2 windowed bathrooms complete with toilet and shower cubicle. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, blender, induction hob with a wide range of pots and pans. Large fridge with Freezer section. Washer and dryer. Unlimited Wifi There is no television. The house was renovated in 2022/2023 to offer you a fresh and welcoming space. Distances:50 meters from the sea Walking distance: 3 min to reach the natural pools 25 minutes of trekking on the path by the sea takes you to the center of the village where there are restaurants and markets. By car: A few minutes: the town center, the Li Cossi beach, restaurants, markets and shops About 30 min: Santa Teresa di Gallura, Castelsardo within 1 hour 30 min: Stintino, Olbia, Alghero, Sassari Other services: Sheets and shower towels included. For children there is a camping cot and a high chair for baby food. On site we will ask you to pay only the tourist tax: €2 per person for each night up to a maximum of 10 nights.
