The Space
The home, very cozy and furnished with great attention to detail, conveys a sense of exclusivity and care; it can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Upon entering the residence, you’ll immediately appreciate the living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a 65-inch Ultra HD flat-screen smart TV, where you can enjoy watching a movie on Netflix.

KITCHEN
The kitchen, with its unique and distinctive style, is furnished with modern cabinets and equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and various kitchen utensils. You’ll also find a large dining table for family meals and a small desk for remote work, thanks to the free Wi-Fi.

BEDROOM + WALK-IN CLOSET
The uniquely styled Queen-size bedroom features a large walk-in closet, equipped with hangers, so you can store all your clothes with ease and convenience. For a perfect night’s rest after a day of relaxation and fun, the room features an extremely comfortable mattress with a topper and a 32" Ultra HD smart TV

BATHROOM
The charming bathroom is enhanced by high-quality finishes that create an interplay of colors and shapes. Equipped with all the necessary amenities, it features a very spacious shower, a sink, and dedicated storage space for personal items, as well as a hair dryer, towels, a washing machine, and our complimentary set consisting of shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion (available starting October 15, 2023).

The kit is made in Italy with natural ingredients and recycled and recyclable materials. It also helps protect the planet—in fact, by choosing our property and using our Welcome Kits, trees will be planted in Africa and South America.

The residence also features a private garage and a spacious, charming little terrace equipped with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing.
Guest Access
We are located in Trieste, just a short walk from the historic center. The area offers all kinds of amenities: supermarkets, banks, gas stations, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies.
Pets are allowed on the property, and smoking is prohibited.
The residence features a self-check-in system that ensures guests complete independence upon arrival, starting at 4:00 PM, as well as check-out by 10:00 AM.
Our support team will still be at your complete disposal 7 days a week, except during nighttime hours.
