Hotel was dated, carpet in room was well worn. Staff was helpful with questions. Parking underground was basic impossible due to how small the area is, best to park on their outside parking area.
This was a fantastic choice. It was so easy to walk to so many great things to do in Trier and there was parking on the property. Our room was so comfortable and they were so kind to refill my water bottle with ice and fresh water several times. I highly recommend this place.
Great location, provided parking and was on the edge of the old part of Trier making it easy to go and visit. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!

Parking was $12 euros a day. Walking distance to grocery stores and all attractions within a km. No fridge that would have made it a perfect experience. The fan was ok but no real air conditioning was hot at night. Bath tub was a nice surprise!
Location was perfect. AC was sooooo appreciated during the heatwave.

We got the Jr. Suite - it had lots of space, but it was fairly dirty (floor covered in dust and cups were sticky). It technically had AC, but it wouldn't go below 25c and was incredibly loud with repeating loud cycles, including one where it sounds like someone slams open and unlocks the door. It was 39c when we were there, so we are at least thankful we had some sort of air. There was a fan available in the closet. There were no face cloths, the tub would not drain from even seconds of the shower being on, and the shower temperature was fluctuating.
Air quality was poor in the room, measured at the very high range on our portable c02 meter. Breakfast was on par with any other hotel, not the greatest, but it was something.
Staff was friendly and helpful, location was great. Very convenient that directly next door was a gas station with a convenience store.
Good location for the town and secure underground parking (extra charge). Bed a bit firm for my personal choice. All the facilities worked well. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
Older hotel, but nice and well equipped. In a great location. Room was clean. Very nice breakfast (for a price). AC did not work all that well, could not adjust the temp or airflow.
Perfect location for exploring Trier. A beautiful city with so many interesting buildings.
The hotel is lovely and easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at 12 euros a night is a huge bonus. Public areas are very nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice.
Our room was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Nothing to fault at all.

International Bus Tour Haven
Hotel was filled with several bus tours making it difficult to use the elevators, lobby and breakfast area. Parking was easy and cheap. Room was okay, clean, had opening windows and an AC. The bathroom was a surprise. The shower tub combo had a massive rain head shower with great water pressue, which was nice after our long day of touring. Breakfast was pricey.
We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.

Fantastic Hotel
Infinitely better than their webpage would have you believe. Really clean and spacious room and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for the next day. The covered outside bar at the front of the hotel is stunning. Parking under the hotel is hassle free and good value at €12 per day. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, which is only a 2 minute walk.
Lastly, the staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately I have no idea on the eco credentials of this hotel. Highly recommended
