"This is a 3 story hotel without elevators. Also, could not find a single usb plug for charging my phone. We waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up & check us in. Bed was very comfortable. "

"we close at 9". The time was 9 am and 15 seconds. Manager: "She shouldn't have done that" sympathetic shoulder shrug. I'm an older lady traveling with my grandson, whose lips tuned blue in the pool who I had to take for breakfast delaying our departure. So, stay again? Not just no, hell no!"
