"We really enjoyed the swimming pool right on the river! We just stayed for about 12 hours from three in the afternoon until 3 AM because we have to head back to Seattle to get to work on time. We really enjoyed ourselves and love the staff in the property and had a great time, relaxing at the pool! Thank you! Will probably be back."

"The destination hotel did a great job. The reservation on their and showed a deluxe king. I received a printout of the reservation as received to the hotel from the hotels.com reservation. My hotels.com reservation clearly shows two queen beds. My suspicion is a Code that is incorrect between the hotel and hotels.com. As far as I can tell the destination hotel did fantastic. But on one point hotels.com failed to give me the correct room. Arriving late in the evening I just stuck with what was available. And what they had a course scheduled from hotels.com Please let me know what remedy can be madefrom hotels.com. Once again, the best western in Kennewick did great."

"Check in and check iut very easy. Everything was provided! Wifi access,small little extras like creamer for coffee, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The location was close to everything I needed to go. Anthony responds very quickly."

"Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure."
