"Where to start. I travel extensively and this little gem has been one of my absolute favorite places to stay. The location is excellent and close within 10-20 minute drive of all the wonderful little towns around. Felipe greeted me with a glass of local sagrantino wine and walked me around the borgo giving me the history of the place and it added to the charm of the place. The entire place is extremely clean. "Very clean, well run hostel in a convenient part of town close to the pilgrim trail. Great coffee, clean sheets, warm blankets, good shower/water pressure, quiet, we all had a good night's sleep. Really helpful staff, on the reception desk and in the breakfast room. Would stay here again."

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. "We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more.
