Very well priced hotel. Located close to train station and bus. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. Will definately stay again next time in Trento. Recommend highly.

Buffet service was very good AND very careful about avoiding COVID transmission, e.g. we had to wear gloves when taking from buffet. However when we take coffee from the machine we should use new cups every time because if we use our used cup our bacteria will spatter up onto the machine when we use it. Well known. For instance at McDonalds the soda machines are terribly contaminated. But, everybody does it wrong.

Clean and central, but a bit dated
Nice welcome and most of the staff friendly. A bit dated hotel, but clean and very central. Offsite paid parking, but pretty normal for downtown hotel. Two of three staff members super helpful in booking local restaurants.

Excellent Hotel Very Close to the Train Station
Great location, especially if you are arriving by train. Also, a 10 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionists were always friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great stay in Trento. The hotel was in an excellent location close to attractions and shops. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The rooms was nice and clean. The only issue we had was with the pillows, they were too hard. Breakfast was okay.

Great hotel in excellent location
Lovely hotel in a very central location. Staff were friendly and very helpful/kind. The room was spacious with blackout blinds and a very comfy bed. The shower wasn't super powerful but it was fine. I didn't sample the breakfast so I cannot comment. Hotel was a great stay for the weekend!

The Hotel is in a good location, very close to the railway Station & Buses. It's also just a 5 minute walk into the historical centre, the Duomo, Museums and market place (Thursdays). The hotel rooms are spacious and fairly modern with an additional door into the room which gives more sound proofing from other guests walking / talking in the corridor than any other hotel I have stayed. Breakfast is continental style with plenty of nice bread, sliced meats and cheese and the usual cereals juices, coffee etc. Overall a good convenient place to stay in this lovely town surrounded by the wonderful Dolamites.

The hotel is without any good facilities. The Breakfast was bad too. The food was cold and no range of breakfast eatable were served. The attendants in the breakfast area were not friendly. There is no service in the room. This hotel is too expensive compared to its brand, Catagory and Chrges.

Good, spacious room in convenient locale
Decent-sized room with comfortable big bed, a few quirky details like the night stands are fixed an arm's length away from the edge of the bed, couldn't figure how/if fan could be turned off in bathroom, and it was a little loud. Good, helpful service and convenient location near train station/ old city centre

It is a clean, quiet hotel with a very nice and helpful staff, located conveniently within a walking distance from the railway station and the historical center. The breakfast buffet is ok, but a bit basic. Other than that -- an excellent place for a vacation or business stay

Solid Choice
Was perfectly adequate. And good value, given the price - about 100 Euros for the night. Convenient location just outside the historic district, spacious rooms and pleasant staff. Nothing fancy, but pleasant an comfortable.

Excellent Value for Money
We stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is centrally located and near the station. The rooms are clean, comfortable and elegant. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good quality.

The young lady at the desk for checkin was professional....downhill from there. A/C and heat didnt work in the room---the shutters fell down from the window--first I couldnt open the window for ventilation and then at night, couldnt close it. I would have called the desk, but the clerk (from 5PM till the next day) was barely attentive--never looked up in the five times I came in the door--the hotel could have been stolen but it wouldnt have mattered to him. And the breakfast was mediocre.

A delightful hotel with internal charm
This is a lovely grand hotel in Trento and is not far from the station, making it easy to visit other places in the region, and also in proximity to the castle. The room was lovely, however the walls by the bed are quite thin and this does mean that you can hear a lot more than you might want to! The staff are really nice and do everything they can to make your stay a pleasure.

A very friendly and well run hotel in every way not least in the helpfulness to me by e-mail in advance of my arrival. The only negative is that the room safe was rather old and I could not get it to work.

Spacious Room walking distance from train station
A perfect location for exploring Trento. A great italian city with a lot of history. We ended up staying an extra night. A huge bathroom with shower and a spacious room. View was of the alley but very reasonable price. Service very friendly and very clean. Would eefinitely stay again.

Easy walk from the station with good places to eat nearby some offering a discount to hotel guests. However we found the hotel over-priced with friendly but inept service. An electric jug with tea and coffee were provided but no milk or creamer of any sort. When we asked, we were directed to the bar where we had to pay for a cup of milk. Not impressed.

Good Business Hotel
Located within short walking distance of the train station and the Castello Buonconsiglio, this business-type hotel is a bit outdated in style but clean, comfortable and more than adequate for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering a complimentary pass for access to top tourist attractions.
