Accommodation of 70 m² has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and the possibility of add an extra single folding bed. A very bright living room with spectacular lake view, access to the balcony and furnished with a double sofa bed.

It has a furnished garden, fenced house, terrace, internet access, central heating, private outdoor parking in the building, satellite TV, Bicycle storage, and thousands of trails and paths inside the beautiful Alto Garda Nature reserve Park.

The gas stove is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
