Casa Vacanze Marisol is located right on Lake Garda, in the village of Bassanega. The first-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bathroom, additional half baths, and a living room with a kitchenette equipped for daily needs. The apartment is child-friendly and features Wi-Fi and a TV.



The private, fenced garden includes a covered terrace, garden furniture, sun umbrellas, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing evenings. Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Garda, just a few minutes away by car. The pebble beach Spiaggia Cola is 4 km away (about 8 minutes by car), offering kitesurfing or a place to unwind in the water. The apartment is an ideal base for sports activities, with restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away.

To reach the property from Limone sul Garda, take the turn for Tremosine and continue on the main road via Volta for about 3 km. After two right hairpin turns, take via Aldo Moro for 50 meters, then descend right onto the panoramic road; after 20 meters you will find Casa Vacanze Marisol, recognizable by its yellow color.

Wonderful holiday at Casa Marisol Bassanega, Lago di Garda

We stayed 10 days at Marisa's excellent apartment in Bassanega, Lago di Garda. The apartment itself was a dream, nothing left to say. Marisa is a wonderful person and always there when you need information and help. We would book again any time. Definitely.

Une location de tres bonne qualite, perchee sur les hauteurs de lemone sul garda et magnifique vue.2 wc, 2 chambres, bien équipé, salle de bain moderne, tres propre, bonne literie. Et surtout tres belle vue! Merci marisa pour la flexibilité et l'accueil.Il faut juste eviter d'etre trop bruyant, l'insonorisation avec l'appartement voisin en location à côté est tres légère.Voiture indispensable

Heel fijn verblijf gehad

Pros: Fijn verblijf gehad, vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alleen gezien bij het in en uit checken wat vlot verliep. Wij zouden zo weer terug gaan. Ruime kamers. Kinderen hebben er goed van genoten Cons: Helaas geen airco aanwezig. Gelukkig hadden we zelf onze ventilator mee genomen voor de zekerheid. Kamer was 28 graden, wat zorgde voor de nodige plak nachten.

Wir durften die große Garage am Objekt mitbenutzen, um die EBikes unterzustellen. Marisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen! Cons: Etwas hellhörige Trennwand zur Nachbarwohnung.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr schön, sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang, sehr saubere und schöne Einrichtung, für 4 Erwachsene super geeignet. Cons: Es könnte ein bisschen mehr Equipment in den Küchen Schränken geben (z. B. Brotkorb, Schüsseln, Brettchen, Eierbecher...)

Super Wohnung

Außer das es ziemlich viele Spinnen überall gibt ist die Wohnung top in Ordnung. Bad alles sehr sauber und auch sonst die Einrichtung in hervorragendem Zustand, Neuwertig umd nicht abgewohnt. Lage ist ruhig und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Die Anfahrt von Limone geht 4 km steil bergauf. Mit Kindern zum laufen nicht geeignete da es keinerlei Fusswege gibt, man läuft immer auf der normalen Fahrbahn.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Oberhalb von Limone, ruhig, mit Blick auf den Gardasee, ist sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Vermieterin Marisa wohnt gleich nebenan (Gelateria) und hat uns mit viel Eis verwöhnt. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit empfehlen.

Afsidesliggende placering

Boligens rum og interiør er i orden. Beliggenheden og udendørsområderne lever ikke op til beskrivelsen. Boligen ligger 10-15 minutters kørsel ad stejle og snævre veje fra søen. Der er ligeledes 10-15 minutter kørsel til indkøb og restauranter ad stejle og snævre veje. Jeg tør ikke selv eller med mine store børn gå eller cykle til indkøb eller restauranter på grund af snævre veje og en del trafik. Haven er en græsplæne på 10 kvm som deles med nabolejligheden og derfor ikke er uforstyrret. Det er er ucharmerende område uden oplagte gåstier. Udsigten er fantastisk. Udlejer er meget imødekommende men taler hverken tysk eller engelsk.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön oberhalb des Sees, so dass man den Ausblick und die Ruhe genießen kann. Dennoch ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Zeit in der nächst größeren Stadt Limone. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet und die Betten sind wunderbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Check-In, Check-Out und die Kommunikation waren sehr unkompliziert.

Pros: Das Apartment ist neu, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet und vor allem sauber. Die Vermieter sind total nette Leute und sprechen deutsch und englisch. Das Apartment liegt auf dem Berg ( 3 km von Limone entfernt) , sodass man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aus der Terrasse hat. Die Gegend an sich ist traumhaft, mit vielen kleinen Städten. Dort wird es nicht langweilig;-) Für diejenigen, die dort Fahrrad fahren möchten: die Fahrradstrecke ist noch nicht ausgebaut. Somit fährt man auf der Hauptstraße, die mit vielen, teilweisen unbeleuchteten Tunels versehen ist - ist nicht ohne. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und das Apartment mieten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Grüße Kristina
