Ideally located in the pretty village of Trémolat, all the assets of the Dordogne are within easy reach: exceptional natural surroundings on the banks of the Dordogne, outstanding cultural sites within easy reach by car and the region's famous gastronomy, which you can enjoy in one of the village restaurants without needing to take the car.
The 300 m² villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room, a large 30 m² living room, a shower room with large walk-in shower, a bathroom with wc, separate wc with washbasin, utility room and even a fitness area (treadmill, elliptical, static bike).
Once past the veranda, you can take advantage of the 2,500m² garden with its 8 x 4 metre swimming pool.

Wonderful villa for a great holiday

The villa, its garden and pool are simply wonderful. Guillaume and Constantin made this the perfect place for a holiday with friends and family. Everything is in perfect condition and was even better than expected from the pictures. We liked the peaceful surroundings and the village very much, too.

Superb Villa

An absolutely first class villa in all respects. While the website pictures give a good impression of the size and quality of accommodation on offer they do not capture the considerable time and effort that the owners, Gillaume and Constantin, have obviously spent to present the extensive property to the highest of standards. The villa is comprehensively equipped throughout to a high level with every requirement catered for. The decoration is tastefully done, including some original artwork, and sympathetically complements the overall feeling of quality. The extensive garden areas are private and well shielded, and include a separately fenced pool area. In sum, a first rate property of the highest order.
