The listed house furnished 4-star tourism, south facing, equipped to new, is located on a path in a quiet area. You will find: \- On the ground floor An entrance with separate WC A large room (50 m2) with lounge (internet WIFI), open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer) overlooking a large terrace of 45m2 and a garden of 350m2 with trees. A large room with a bed of 160x200cm, private bathroom, walk-in shower. \- Upstairs A mezzanine area for rest, reading or games. A room with balcony equipped with a bed of 160x200cm. A room with 2 beds of 90x190cm. A bathroom with tub and toilet. You will also have: A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a garage to store bicycles, boards etc. Internet access, WI-FI, DVD player. Das Haus ist modern, blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe ohne Schnickschnack eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (Küche, Garten, Kinder) ist außergewöhnlich gut! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Ortskern mit einem köstlichen Bäcker, einem Lebensmittelhändler, vielen netten Cafés sowie verschiedene wunderbare Strände sind fußläufig (und auch mit Kinderwagen) erreichbar! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann alles in Tregastel gut erreichen, auch zu Fuß. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder. ##### Cornelia S.
