It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included – we look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: \- A 50 m² living room with sofas, TV and fireplace (first fire free, wood not provided) \- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A separate toilet First floor: \- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) with shower room (with shower), private balcony \- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds (90x190) \- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub \- Separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
