Die Beschreibung des „Charme Hauses“ (es ist ein sehr schön renoviertes Objekt, vermutlich ein ausgebauter Schuppen/Gartenhäuschen/Atelier) könnte etwas genauer sein und Hinweise geben z. B. auf die geringe Deckenhöhe (Toilette ca 1,65 m), unterschiedliche Bodenhöhen, ein fensterloses Schlafzimmer.
