This 2,400 square foot unit is in a highly secure building with a gated garage entrance, exterior security cameras and a card access elevator. The Space: It is tastefully decorated with neutral decor, boasts 2 gas fireplaces, radiant electric heat, quality finishes and a lovely walk out 33x7 terrace. One of only 3 condos in the entire development, the space offers an exceptional degree of privacy and security while also being ideally situated in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. With an attached 3rd-level garage and plenty of guest parking, this a truly a unique offering. Master bedroom - A King bed with a flat screen Smart TV and a fully attached bathroom with an enormous shower featuring dual shower heads and his and her sinks. Perfect for having your own space! Bedroom 2 – A King bed with a flat screen Smart TV. Bedroom 3- A twin over Queen bunk bed with a flat screen Smart TV. Kitchen - An open kitchen with unobstructed views of the West Bay, top-of-the-line appliances and ample space for the entire family to cook and savor a meal together. Living area – The kitchen feeds nicely into the living area, so that everyone stays and feels connected. The living space has a large screen Smart TV, gas fireplace and is big enough for a large group without losing its sense of intimacy. Terrace – This large walk out terrace overlooking the West Bay is accessible from both the main living area and the Master bedroom. Please note: There are security cameras for building security purposes on the parking deck only. Guest Access: The parking options for this unit include a single car garage attached to the unit, as well as additional parking spots outside. These spots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please note: The parking deck has an overhead clearance of 7 feet. \*All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000\. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
