Cabin was clean, if a bit small (our fault for not reading the description better). Has everything you need & the common fire pit and deck area is super nice for sitting & chatting.
Would recommend for a group of 2-3 people, likely no more.

Great views and a great time!!
Mark was an awesome host!! We really enjoyed our time and wish we could have stayed longer!!
We were able to rent Cabin 2 last minute for Memorial Day Weekend. Check in was easy. Cabin was well stocked with kitchen needs. Cabin small, but decent for the long weekend- better than an RV or tent. Grounds were very well kept and pretty. We rented their pontoon boat for the day- very clean and easy to rent. We will come back!
I loved my fall get away on Spider Lake, staying at the Windjammer Resort.
Angela was very accommodating and the cabin was just like the pictures posted.
The resort is great! Cottage #2 is challenging. The water contains sulfur and smells like rotten egg
Cabin 2 is very small with no where to sit comfortably to watch tv. There is no storage for clothing in the small bedroom. Only one working light in the main room. The design/layout of cabin 2 left much to be desired. Cabins 5-9 looked great!
There was sand in the sheets where I slept. I paid $120 as a cleaning fee and you didn't even wash the sheets before me.
I am paying a large cleaning fee for a tiny place that you don't even clean. You basically tell the me that I have to wash all my dishes and leave the place the way I got it.
Way overpriced for what I got. A hotel cleans without a fee. A hotel you get towels and towel paper. The place is disgusting for what I paid. $892 for 3 nights is a rip off.
Such a pretty spot. Didn't know landscaping was being done but no bother at all. Would love to see the final results because it is going to be beautiful.
Small cabin but was expected unfortunately weather was chilly and water was burrrr cold. Kayak and rowboats for no fee with rental was either hip deep in water or inches deep full of water. No beach to speak of and cleaning was minimal at best. Property needs trash picked up and maintenance updates (lights, deck chairs etc) Needless to say most of days were spent away. Beautiful area in Spyder Lake other cabins were bigger (we had #2) so would look at those if we stayed there again.
We arrived late in the evening so it was a but tricky to find our cabin with no lights on among the others. Location was in perfect proximity to Traverse City, where we were visiting. The cabin was a tad smaller than we had originally thought, but did the job for us! Water smelled a lot like sulfur, and there were a few items that were questionable on the cleanliness, but all in all, we booked last minute, and it worked for our long weekend away. Wish we had more time to enjoy the firepit and lake view.
Clean and efficient. Little ac u it in kitchen. Small shower for me. I am 6’2. Loved the resort and it was nice and quiet. Lots of families

Clean cabin, great outdoor area.
Small older cabin, but clean. Well stocked with kitchen supplies/dishes, blankets, fans, etc. Great property. Awesome firepit area and deck overlooking the lake. Lots of kayaks available. Water area is very sandy and nice. Only problem we had was the water in the cabin had a horrible sulfur smell, and was unusable. Owner was sending plumber out, not sure if he came or not as we never heard back, but 3rd day water was slightly improved.

We shall return!
Small but perfect size for me and my 3 kids. Swimming area and group campfire area were a hit, as well as the rope swing. We met some other families and plan on returning next year!
