Situated in a charming, leafy, historic neighborhood and only a block from the beach. Walk to all the best restaurants, only blocks away. We stayed during Cherry Festival and it was perfect, we could watch some of the air show from the patio.Nathan was so easy to get ahold of and attentive. We didn't have any problems, just a couple questions, and he always responded immediately.The house is equipped with anything you could need and more. Including a parking spot behind the house if street parking was an issue, which only once during the parade were not able to park right in front. For the furbabies, there is a little side yard for quick stops. Otherwise sooo many walking opportunities right out the front door, including dog friendly restaraunts. ##### Marcey W.
