Designed for families or couples traveling together, the space offers ideal privacy with bedrooms at opposite ends and a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area for gathering and relaxing. Perfectly positioned in a new building just steps from local attractions, restaurants, and beaches, this is the ideal base for your Northern Michigan getaway. The condo sleeps up to 7 guests with two queen beds, a queen-size pull-out sofa, and a twin rollaway bed. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. This is a third-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, ample closet space, and thoughtful decor to ensure a restful night\`s sleep. The separation of bedrooms provides an added layer of privacy for guests. The master bathroom includes a shower/bathtub combo, and the second bathroom has a walk-in shower. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware needed to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats four comfortably. In the living room, with large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Please only park in the assigned space to avoid towing. Overnight parking on city streets is prohibited by city ordinance during certain months. If there is more than one vehicle in your party, you may wish to consider parking the second car in the Hardy Parking Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City), which is a little less than one mile away. Local Tips: Walk to beaches, restaurants, or rent bikes nearby. Civic Center Park, the Old Mission Wine Trail, and Bryant Beach are all within easy reach. \*\*\*We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group\*\*\* \- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. \- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. Quiet time after 9 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 9 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
