Designed for families or couples traveling together, the space offers ideal privacy with bedrooms at opposite ends and a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area for gathering and relaxing. Perfectly positioned in a new building just steps from local attractions, restaurants, and beaches, this is the ideal base for your Northern Michigan getaway. The condo sleeps up to 7 guests with two queen beds, a queen-size pull-out sofa, and a twin rollaway bed. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Pets have to be on leash when outside the backyard. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. This is a third-floor unit with stair access only—there is no elevator in the building. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, ample closet space, and thoughtful decor to ensure a restful night\`s sleep. If there is more than one vehicle in your party, you may wish to consider parking the second car in the Hardy Parking Garage (303 E State St, Traverse City), which is a little less than one mile away. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. The building is on a busy part of Front Street and certainly nowhere close to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The unit has no view whatsoever as the blinds were always closed. The check-in was easy. Great decor for an at home feeling and amenities galore. Enjoyed our stay. No elevator, only two flights of srairs to the 3rd floor. The beds are comfortable, and everyone slept well. The bathrooms thoughtfully included a few necessities that might be needed during the stay. My only suggestion would be providing more towels.
