About this property

Beachfront 1-bedroom home, 15-min. drive to Traverse City. Private and peaceful

  • Private Cottage on a 1.5 acre wooded lot. 500' of Private frontage on Spider Lake. This location is a spectacular spot on the big lake, it's also on the quiet bay and in the woods. You'll have sunrise and sunset views, as our cottage sits on a beautiful property with water on 3 sides. Spider lake is also great for fishing.
    Private dock and nice sandy beach is for you to use - swim or go boating. A rowboat, canoe and kayaks are included. It's a very peaceful setting. Comfy small cottage, one bedroom with queen adjustable bed, and one sofa sleeper as well. Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals during July and August. STR License #005060
