Stylishly appointed, this space boasts an expansive view, new modern fixtures, spacious bedrooms, and much more. You can’t beat this central location for restaurants, bars, and local shops just steps away. And a view of West Bay - just 2 blocks away! \*ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. \*See Parking info below The Space: Open main living space with Large Screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker, 2 bedrooms - both with King Beds and large screen TVs. Primary suite has attached bathroom with 2 sinks, Walk-in Shower, and enormous walk-in closet. Laundry room with full capacity stacked washer/dryer. Private balcony. Full - Sleeper Sofa in the living room. This condo is 1,200 square feet in size. Guest Access: Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security. The Neighborhood: Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected.
