Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment. The Space: Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 4\. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. They advertise this under the heading of “one bedroom” and then note later on in the detailed description and try and call it a “one bedroom studio”. That is not such a thing. It is a very small studio. That is it. Also, fairly shabby complex with very old carpet in the hallways. The issue was not corrected during our stay and, while apologetic, the property rep was unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of having no usable table in the unit. The biggest one was the door lock. It had an electronic type lock and would not lock the door when activated from the outside without repeating it several times while manipulating the door at the same time. My 2 brothers and their wives stayed in 2 adjacent rooms and all of us had the same problem. Another issue I had was the step-down into the room from the door. Although there is a sign on the door telling you to watch your step, this was not mentioned in the description for the room. So as soon as you open the door, the first step into the room is about a 7-8 inch step-down into the room. They did provide Kuerig coffee pods for the coffee maker but no sweetener/sugar or cream was provided.
