Brand new condo in the heart of beautiful Traverse City! Short walk to all shops, restaurants, bars, and theaters. Best location to explore this amazing city.
Condo is located steps from Cherry Festival Parade route and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Parking Instructions
Parking at condo has limited free spots, if full please use public parking deck on the west side of condo buildings.
FREE overnight parking on ground level of parking deck. Enter around from the west side of structure behind Bradys Bar. FREE overnight parking from 6pm-8am and all day Sunday.
Paid parking in structure; enter off 8th Street, is $20 max per 24 hour period or $1.25/hour.
Exit lanes accept only credit cards, but cash accepted in NE Lake Avenue tower pay device.

Such a cute space and in walking distance of great local shops and dinning options. Host was easy to contact and communicate with. The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Second time renting at this property. Decorations were very nice and the unit was well-stocked. The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils, plenty of towels and bedding. Unit was very clean and the communication with the owners was excellent.

Great stay

We had a comfortable visit to TC for a conference. This was a convenient place to stay with great access to downtown and walks through the neighborhoods. The place was very clean and cozy. Great for a getaway for two people.

TC perfection

This property is perfect for a great TC vacation. The location could not be better—close to anywhere you want to go, but just far enough from the crowded downtown streets. Highly recommend!

Great base for Christmas Visit

This property was so lovely and clean and well situated. Perfect for our visit with our daughter who lives and works just outside TC. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to so many things to do and places to eat which made it even better.

Convenient location

Location is perfect - short walk to Front Street and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by on Cass & Union. It would have been helpful to have more instructions on locking the front door and using the thermostat. Found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable, and a few other annoyances cause me to rate this property as ok, but not exceptional.

Exactly What We Needed

From the location to the space to the available supplies (including the bandaids!), this unit was exactly what we needed and had been hoping for. Parking was simple, but we mostly tried to walk because there was so much to explore nearby. We would definitely recommend to our friends and would love to stay again!

This place is perfect for a couples getaway. Close to downtown and the bars. Very clean and it had all the amenities. Parking is a little tricky but otherwise highly recommend. Even had the kindness to send a belonging that I left at the apt.
