Just minutes from Traverse City & wineries, this open-concept home w/ forest views, soaring ceilings, & two stone fireplaces is perfect for making family memories. Spacious front porch & rear deck provide spaces to relax & unwind - including a hot tub & outdoor fire pit. 2 large master suites: one w/private balcony & jacuzzi & one w/ceiling mirror. Entire property is yours to enjoy! 45 min. to ski Crystal Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water both at the kitchen sink on the first floor and in the lower level. We do allow pets. We asked guests to pay an additional $25 per night for a pet. We do have some pet rules we ask you to abide by. – Housebroken pets only – Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone. – Please clean up in the yard after your pet. – Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpet in the bedrooms. We have a fenced in backyard. STR Permit #2023-22 A smart lock door code will be provided prior to your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. We are available 24/7 by text or phone should you have any needs or requests. 2 acre heavily wooded lot. When the leaves are in, you won't be able to see any neighbors. In the winter, you can vaguely see neighbors. Hot tub is completely secluded in back yard. You will have the whole house to yourself. This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parent's and couples. The lower level unit is roughly 1000 sq feet and is newly renovated with heated floor in the master bed and bath, extra sound proofing in the ceiling and solid core doors, and a ceiling mirror fixed above the king canopy bed. There is a separate entrance to the lower level. The upper level is 1700 sq feet with 3 beds and 2 baths. Another master bed and jacuzzi bath with towering cathedral ceilings. Both levels offer living rooms and kitchen areas. The highlight of the house is the backyard - Grande Hotsprings hot tub, fire pit, grill, and gorgeous, private rock backdrop. In the winter, please drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle if possible. Our home is up a hill and into the woods - a gorgeous view. The house is professionally cleaned between each guest. And you have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with the protection below. With three couples, two with kids under 6, it was the perfect size. The location just northwest of downtown TC and less than 30 minutes from Sutton’s Bay was great. The hot tub, three full baths, nice little fire pit, downstairs living area and extra kitchenette, the privacy surrounded by woods, I could go on it all set the tone for a great vacation.
